Training Updates

May 16th HVFD Participated in Extrication Training at Station One. We were thankful to have two Professional Firefighters from Salida Fire come to Howard to teach Nine Members of the team on basic Extrication.

HVFD recently participated in live burn training at Wet Mountain Fire Districts Training Site.

Real life training allows for excellent training opportunities for our fire fighters to experience entry into a structure. Thank you to Wet Mountain and to the Colorado Dept of Fire Prevention and Safety.
